TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking directly with Noosa Accommodation and/or their hotel websites you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

GENERAL

At the Sound reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time for any reason.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation, any person under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and a valid credit card in the same name will be required on arrival if requested.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 2.00 pm.

Check-out time is 10.00 am.

Changes to check-in or check-out times can be arranged in advance directly with the hotel, changes are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

AT CHECK-IN

A valid credit card and photo ID may be requested on arrival.

If a valid credit card is not presented a cash bond of up to $500 is required and photo ID must be presented.

Payment by third party credit cards (Charge Back) may be arranged in advance by contacting the hotel directly.

RATES AND CHARGES

Full payment for your stay will be charged within 48 hours of arrival unless stated otherwise.

All credit cards incur a surcharge of 1.43% for each transaction. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, per room, per night and includes GST.

CANCELLATION

Bookings may be cancelled up to 10.00am (local time) 2 days prior to arrival with no penalty, after that time one night cancellation fee will be charged. For persons who do not check-in on the date of their booking (no-show) with no prior notice the full reservation amount will be deducted from the credit card on file and no refund will be granted. CHANGES Date changes are allowed up to 24 hours prior to arrival. DEPOSITS No deposit is required at the time of booking, but a valid credit card must be presented and the total amount of the accommodation may be held on that card until 48 hours prior to check in.

CHILDREN

At the Sound considers children to be from 2 to 11 years old. 0-2 Years can stay at no additional charge if using existing bedding.

ADDITIONAL BEDS

Sofa beds are available at an additional charge and are subject to availability and room type. Please contact the hotel directly before booking.

GUESTS LIABILITY

All guests will be liable for any loss or damage to their accommodation room and its contents, fair wear and tear accepted.

All guests agree to pay the rate quoted for the entire stay and any additional charges that are billed to the room before, during or after the stay.

All hotels in Australia are non-smoking. Any guest smoking in their room may be asked to leave the hotel and will incur a charge of $400 for having the room off-line for cleaning and deodorising.

BEST RATE GUARANTEED

At the Sound guarantee all guests will get the Best Available Rate when they book direct with the hotels either by phone, email or on the hotel’s own web sites. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates or advance purchase offers. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply if the lower rate is achieved via a membership, credit or currency conversion and when comparing rates both rates must have tax included or tax excluded to ensure a fair comparison.
