TERMS &amp; CONDITIONSBy booking directly with Noosa Accommodation and/or their hotel websites you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. GENERALAt the Sound reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time for any reason. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation, any person under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and a valid credit card in the same name will be required on arrival if requested. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUTCheck-in time is 2.00 pm.Check-out time is 10.00 am. Changes to check-in or check-out times can be arranged in advance directly with the hotel, changes are subject to availability and may incur a fee. AT CHECK-INA valid credit card and photo ID may be requested on arrival.If a valid credit card is not presented a cash bond of up to $500 is required and photo ID must be presented.Payment by third party credit cards (Charge Back) may be arranged in advance by contacting the hotel directly. RATES AND CHARGESFull payment for your stay will be charged within 48 hours of arrival unless stated otherwise.All credit cards incur a surcharge of 1.43% for each transaction. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, per room, per night and includes GST. CANCELLATIONBookings may be cancelled up to 10.00am (local time) 2 days prior to arrival with no penalty, after that time one night cancellation fee will be charged. For persons who do not check-in on the date of their booking (no-show) with no prior notice the full reservation amount will be deducted from the credit card on file and no refund will be granted. CHANGES Date changes are allowed up to 24 hours prior to arrival. DEPOSITS No deposit is required at the time of booking, but a valid credit card must be presented and the total amount of the accommodation may be held on that card until 48 hours prior to check in. CHILDRENAt the Sound considers children to be from 2 to 11 years old. 0-2 Years can stay at no additional charge if using existing bedding. ADDITIONAL BEDSSofa beds are available at an additional charge and are subject to availability and room type. Please contact the hotel directly before booking. GUESTS LIABILITYAll guests will be liable for any loss or damage to their accommodation room and its contents, fair wear and tear accepted. All guests agree to pay the rate quoted for the entire stay and any additional charges that are billed to the room before, during or after the stay. All hotels in Australia are non-smoking. Any guest smoking in their room may be asked to leave the hotel and will incur a charge of $400 for having the room off-line for cleaning and deodorising. Our Garden Studio Apartments offer spacious, ground-floor accommodation—ideal for both overnight and extended stays. Each suite features a queen bed and a private leafy courtyard with patio furniture, perfect for outdoor dining.

A sofa bed or single bed can be arranged on request for an additional charge, subject to availability. Pet-friendly options are also available—please indicate your preference in the special request box when booking or contact the property using the details in your confirmation. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
